Why I choose HESK ?
- Very user friendly for staff as wel as administrator.
- when I compared this with osTicket there is huge difference if user forgets his tracking ID user need to log new ticket where as in HESK an email of Tracing ID is sent to user.
- customisation is very easy in HESK in ticket submission I added 2 radio buttons and 2 text fields. U cannot add in osticket.
- I added few groups to which tickets should be assigned automatically like emergency medical issues, appointment issues,bill payment issues,on-line issues etc.
- Creating users for tasks in this system is also very easy and all the concerned tickets will be assigned automatically.
